The 57-year-old patient wore a total denture, which was uncomfortable for her daily life. The solution was to change this false prosthesis for a fixed one by immediate loading.

This case was more complex than usual, since the patient also had bone loss, but it was resolved without any problem by adding aesthetic gingiva to the same prosthesis.
