The patient, who came to the center at the age of 33, had been undergoing prosthetic treatment on his anterior teeth for a fracture since he was 12. These were in poor condition, the patient had inflammation and infection of the gums and destruction of the teeth due to caries. All this caused him problems eating, and a lack of confidence when speaking and laughing normally, due to poor aesthetics.

We opt for a redesign of the smile according to the age of the patient, recovering the size of the teeth, their color and shape.

We place implants in the anterior area to replace damaged teeth, and we perform mucogingival cosmetic surgery to restore the harmony of the gums.
