Pastora had some missing teeth, and mobility in others, in the upper part of her mouth; This caused him above all problems when chewing, as well as a lack of self-esteem and security.
The solution to Pastora's problem was to perform implants in six pieces of the upper part. Because of her fear of her intervention, she was given conscious sedation. Therefore, she felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure.
Pastora had advanced periodontal disease that caused mobility in several teeth in the upper jaw, as well as localized infections. This caused problems when chewing, as well as insecurity when talking and laughing. Her solution was to extract all her upper teeth and place immediate-load implants.
Our patient left the center six hours later with fixed provisional teeth, with which she could lead a normal life, and they were replaced in a few months by her permanent teeth.
What she values most about the result is feeling liberated, with confidence to eat, laugh or talk.
