Sales policy
The present conditions of purchase are applicable to all sales of services of ICERCAIB S. L with address at Gran Via 620, 5-1 08007 Barcelona (with email clinica@ahoa.es, which have been made through the website ahoa.es.
By placing an order, you warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
The user will have access to the online payment service to pay in advance for part of the service.
Online payments can be made through our virtual POS using VISA and MASTERCARD cards.
Each customer declares to be of legal age and with full capacity to use credit cards and that the same have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the payment of the online service provided by ahoa.es.
By pressing the “Checkout” or “Finalize Purchase” button during the checkout process, the member declares to fully and unreservedly accept the entirety of this Sales and Cancellation/Return Policy.
The data recorded by ahoa.es constitutes proof of the transactions made between the Ahoa Clinic and the client, being confirmed by sending an email.
Currency, taxes and price
All taxes are included in the prices of our products and if this is not the case, it will be clearly indicated. From ahoa.es we reserve the right to change prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of quotations, except for obvious typographical errors.
Orders must be paid directly by the customer to the company itself.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer.
Security
For your security, Clinica Ahoa has entrusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway. The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud and abuse. This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) – 128-bit encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information relating to the banking data entered by the customer.
Only the Bank has access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so ahoa.es does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable period of time, maximum 24 hours before the consultation. Customers may cancel an order by contacting Clínica Ahoa at the following e-mail address: clinica@ahoa.es or by phone at 933 43 66 66 41.
Moreover, ahoa.es may cancel any order and will inform you once the order is cancelled. You will not be charged for any order cancelled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made beforeahoa.es cancels an order will be refunded by the same method used to pay for the order.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by a customer with whom there may be a difference/controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the customer is violating any of the specified conditions of purchase or is participating in any criminal activity.
Case of force majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement when arising from causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to any of the following: accidents, natural disasters, governmental action, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.
