Patient, 33 years old – Upper esthetic rehabilitation with ceramic microfills and anterior implants

The patient, who came to the center at the age of 33, had been undergoing prosthetic treatment on his front teeth since he was 12 years old due to a fracture. These were in poor condition, the patient had inflammation and infection of the gums and destruction of the teeth due to caries. All this caused him problems to eat, and lack of confidence when speaking and laughing normally, because of poor aesthetics.

We opt for a smile redesign according to the patient’s age, recovering the size of the teeth, their color and shape.

We place implants in the anterior area to replace damaged teeth, and we perform mucogingival esthetic surgery to restore gum harmony.
