The 43-year-old patient’s teeth were severely damaged, with several teeth missing, and those she still had were deteriorated by caries.
The approach consisted of completely rehabilitating the dentition by means of implants, after extraction of all the remaining teeth.
The treatment was performed in a single session, on the lower and upper jaw. Intravenous sedation was applied, so the patient did not feel any discomfort, pain or anxiety.
Thus, in only one treatment session, the patient left the clinic with the implants already in place and with the immediate load prosthesis, which was made the same day.
