Patient, 57 years old – Immediate upper and lower jaw loading

The 57-year-old patient was wearing a total prosthesis, which was uncomfortable for her daily life. The solution was to replace this prosthesis with a fixed prosthesis by immediate loading.

This case was more complex than usual, since the patient also had bone loss, but it was solved without any problem by adding esthetic gingiva to the prosthesis itself.
